Outstanding Service from Katie!
I had an amazing experience at TGI Fridays, all thanks to Katie! From the moment we arrived, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. Her positive attitude and friendly demeanor made the dining experience even more enjoyable. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, checking in at just the right moments without being intrusive.
Katie’s knowledge of the menu was impressive, and her recommendations were spot-on. She truly made us feel valued as customers, and her enthusiasm was contagious! It’s rare to find such genuine and outstanding service these days, and Katie absolutely deserves recognition for her hard work and fantastic attitude.
If you're dining at TGI Fridays, I highly recommend asking for Katie—she’s a star!

Great experience here today, greeted by an old workmate which was a nice surprise. We ordered drinks which I had to look at the t shirt of our waitress to see what draft beers they had and my partner had a bottomless coke. The beer was good I think a Peckham thing maybe? The food came fast and was so good which is always an unknown. As I chef I rarely like chain food so this was good to find a tasty burger. I had the smash patty with an extra patty and cheese and partner had the Friday glass burger. We also ordered garlic bread which was good. We demolished our meals and fully enjoyed them. The service was swift and polite and we will defo return. Many thanks

We came for a last minute dinner. We often come to rushden lakes tgi Friday. They have the most amazing lady serving, called milena, everytime we come here she makes us feel so welcome. We didn't book online but she seated us and took our order. Food was served hot and quickly. We love spending time speaking to milena and often have a laugh. We even got her to speak to our daughter who was home, as she loves her whenever she comes here.
Drinks made by piers were lovely. Top notch.
Will definitely be back soon.

Food was so tasty. Nice and hot. Served quick. Service by Milena. She was so friendly and checked on us regularly. Wasn't too busy so atmosphere wasn't too loud which was good. Will be back again.

We had a great lunch at TGI this week.
Couldn't fault it.
Our server Katie was so lovely from the second we walked in. We were a large party with lots of small children. We were barely sat down when someone came over to make balloon animals, there were activity packs too.
The food was great, the service was efficient and super friendly.
Great atmosphere, cake and a song for the birthday child.
When we left one of the children asked his mum if he could have his birthday there too.
Thanks so much Katie, you are fab!

Booked to have a family dinner before I go into hospital. Amazing food and a wonderful atmosphere. We were looked after by the most wonderful.lady called Milena. Took time to make us feel very welcome and after our meal came out with a lovely plate with a written message. She 100% made our evening just perfect.
